Ministry: Police break up jihadist terror cell ‘ready to attack Madrid’

Spanish police arrested three men while breaking up a jihadist terror cell that was “ready to attack Madrid,” Spain’s Interior Ministry said Tuesday.

The men are accused of being part of a group tied to ISIS, according to the ministry.
