State police at DuBois
- An incident of theft occurred sometime between Sunday and Tuesday on Irishtown Road in Bloom Township. During the incident, someone allegedly arrived at the victim’s residence and removed firewood.
Lawrence Township
- Police responded to an alarm at the River Road plaza.
- Police conducted multiple warrant services.
- Police received a report about an alleged disturbance at the Economy Inn.
DuBois City
- Police received a report about an alleged domestic disturbance Monday in the first block of West Long Avenue. Upon investigation police found a woman and her boyfriend had allegedly engaged in a verbal argument, during which he threw things around. However, he never assaulted the woman and left prior to police arrival. The woman was found to be OK, and didn’t want to file charges for the incident, police said.
- Police received a report about a residential alarm that activated Tuesday in the 300 block of Hill Crest Avenue. Upon arrival police found everything to be OK.
- Police received a report about an alleged domestic disturbance Tuesday in the 300 block of Wood Street. Upon investigation police found a man was allegedly upset with his teenage son and shouting at him. His wife contacted police in order for them to resolve the situation. Police were able to assist at the scene.
