An explosion struck a checkpoint near the entrance to Kabul International Airport in Afghanistan on Monday, a police officer said.
It wasn’t immediately clear how many casualties the blast might have caused.
The explosion took place after three separate attacks in Afghanistan killed more than 50 people on Friday.
