A 14-year-old boy from Blackburn has appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court in London on two charges of inciting terror overseas.
The first charge accuses the boy of encouraging another person to carry out an attack at a World War I commemoration in Australia. The second charge accuses the boy of inciting another person to carry out a beheading, also in Australia.
The boy was remanded in custody and will appear at Britain’s Central Criminal Court for a preliminary hearing later Friday.
