Britain arrests teens age 14, 16 on suspicion of terror activity

A 14-year-old boy and 16-year-old girl were arrested by British police “on suspicion of preparing for an act of terrorism,” the Greater Manchester police said Sunday.

The boy was arrested after an examination of electronic devices Thursday in Lancashire, England.

The girl was arrested Friday by officers from the Tactical Aid Unit in Longsight, England, police said.
