WOODWARD TOWNSHIP – An alleged incident of aggravated assault occurred Wednesday at the State Correctional Institution at Houtzdale, reported the state police at Clearfield.
During the incident, a known male allegedly assaulted a guard. No further information was provided by state police, and the incident remains under investigation at this time.
