At least 16 people died after a passenger ferry capsized in Bangladesh, police said Sunday.
The boat was packed with at least 100 people when it overturned on the Padma river in the Manikganj district north of the capital Dhaka, local Police Chief Bidhan Tripura said.
In August, there was another deadly ferry accident in the same river.
