CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Career & Technology Center’s Adult Cosmetology program recently had to design a storefront window for a graded “Friday Challenge.”
The program’s clinic has a special for December on Mondays and Tuesdays with any two services being $10.
It offers haircuts and styles, manicures, pedicures, beautiful nail art, gel polish, facials, color, highlights/ lowlights, perms and scalp treatment.
