WINGATE – The Clearfield Bison wrestling team dropped to 0-2 in dual meet action as they lost 46-21 to Bald Eagle Area in a match re-scheduled from the night before.
After trading forfeits to start the match, BEA won eight out of 12 contested matches to pick up the Mountain League win.
Tallin Norris at 152 picked up his second fall in two duals this year, while at 182 Michael Hadden saw his first mat time of the year and picked up a regular decision.
At 195, Travis Ogden (6-0) remained undefeated on the season. Also picking up a win was Bison senior Noah Cline.
The Bison will try and even their dual record this upcoming week when they host Central on Tuesday and Punxsutawney on Thursday at the Arthur Weiss Gymnasium.
