Cosmetology Students Give Spa Day to Park Towers Residents

CLEARFIELD – The Adult Cosmetology students from the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center recently volunteered their time at Park Towers in Curwensville. They gave the residents a spa day doing manicures, pedicures and facials.
