HYDE — The Clearfield Area High School baseball team’s home Mountain League game with Tyrone was postponed for the third time Tuesday because of field conditions at the Bison Sports Complex as well as the forecast for more precipitation.
The make-up date has been set for Saturday, April 26, at 11:00 a.m., according to athletic director Robert Gearhart.
He also announced dates for two other Bison postponements against league opponents. They will travel to Bellefonte on Monday, May 12, and host Philipsburg-Osceola on Tuesday, May 13 in 4:30 p.m. starts.
The Bison (0-5) will try again Thursday to play their home opener with undefeated Mountain League pace-setter Central (9-0, 6-0 ML) providing the opposition.
