- An incident of criminal trespass occurred Oct. 21 on Shortcut Road in Union Township. Further, a 29-year-old DuBois man entered the victim’s house without permission to look for another individual. After he couldn’t locate them, the man left and drove away. Charges have been filed through the district court.
- An incident of access device fraud occurred Oct. 17 at the Nittany Minit Mart in Huston Township. Further, the victim told state police someone used her ATM card to withdraw $320. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
