CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Borough police are searching for vandals who damaged 63 gravestones and markers at the Hillcrest Cemetery between 4:45 a.m. and 5:20 a.m. Thursday.
Damage is estimated at approximately $10,000, said police, noting some grave markers aren’t replaceable due to their age. Police are searching for three suspects, and one could be injured.
