- An incident of theft occurred Thursday in the 100 block of West Weber Avenue. The victim told police that sometime overnight someone entered his vehicle and stole cash from it. The investigation is continuing, and anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact DuBois City police.
- Two females were allegedly fighting Thursday in the parking lot of an area business in the 100 block of North Brady Street. Upon further investigation police determined that one female was the aggressor, and she was cited for disorderly conduct and harassment.
- On Thursday police encountered a male who was at an area business in the 100 block of North Brady Street. The male allegedly became confrontational with police, and at that time, he was detained and patted down. The male was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed against the male.
- On Thursday police stopped a vehicle for speeding. Upon making contact with the driver and further investigation, police determined he was intoxicated and placed him under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.
- On Thursday police conducted 20 traffic stops, making one DUI arrest, issuing 16 citations and writing 10 warnings.
