NURSING GRADUATES – The 71st class of the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center’s (CCCTC) Practical Nursing Program graduated 27 students July 26. Commencement speaker was Patricia McKnight, RN, BSN, nursing instructor.
Cheryl Krieg, simulation coordinator, presented the graduates and Philip Carr, Joint Operating Committee chairperson, awarded diplomas. Nursing pins were awarded by Ashley Clark, nursing instructor. Academic awards were presented by Elsie Maurer, nursing program director.
Recognition for highest grade point average was presented to Jessica Hartle and second highest grade point average to Emily Hutton. Margaret Barnes, part-time nursing instructor, led the graduates in reciting the Practical Nursing Pledge. Farewell address was provided by Alison Kephart.
