The Clearfield County Career and Technology Center recognized Curwensville Area High School students Sierra Records and Steve Miller and Philipsburg-Osceola Area High School student Monica Welsh as the only students with perfect attendance for the 2012-13 school year. Records is in the Health Occupations program, Miller is in the Diesel Technology program and Welsh is in the Culinary Arts program.
