Rebecca Conklin, a Health Occupations student at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center and a West Branch student, is the recipient of a $500 Citizenship Award from Odd Fellows Home Board of Directors in Meadville. Students were selected and recognized for their participation in school and community events and demonstrating the principles of friendship, love and truth in daily life.
