PHILIPSBURG – State police at Philipsburg have reported that a Quehanna Boot Camp inmate, Kathleen Evelyn Moore, of Manheim has failed to report to a halfway house facility in Reading.
Moore was taken by correctional staff for her transportation to the ADAPPT Halfway House. She was observed boarding a bus on North Fourth Street in Philipsburg.
Moore was required to report to ADAPPT by 4:40 p.m. on May 21. However, she has yet to appear at the facility in Reading.
