- An incident of harassment occurred Monday on East Spruce Street near its intersection with 11th Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 17-year-old Philipsburg girl reported that an 18-year-old Osceola Mills woman punched her in the back of her head. The woman will be cited through the district court.
- An incident of theft occurred Tuesday in the 100 block of North Second Street in Philipsburg Borough. A 29-year-old Philipsburg man allegedly took a black Harley Davidson jacket from a box on the back porch that belonged to the victim. He then discarded the jacket, which contained the victim’s keys, on a sidewalk at a nearby apartment building. The man admitted to stealing the jacket that was returned to the victim with the keys. No charges will be filed while the victim didn’t want to pursue an arrest.
- An incident of simple assault occurred Tuesday on the Cattynine Trail in HustonTownship. A man and woman allegedly engaged in a physical altercation. He also allegedly struck a man in the face, causing a severe bruise around the victim’s eye and cheek. The man was taken into custody and transported to the Centre County Correctional Facility on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment. The woman was charged with harassment.
