Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

An incident of identity theft occurred sometime between Jan. 1 and Wednesday on East Pine Street in Philipsburg Borough. Someone gained access to a Philipsburg woman’s personal information and opened an account with Penelec. The investigation is continuing at this time.
