An incident of access device fraud is being investigated that occurred sometime between Saturday and Monday. A 62-year-old Port Matilda woman reported that someone accessed her credit card. The actual location of the crime is unknown at this time; however, purchases are believed to have occurred online. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Philipsburg-based state police at 814-342-3370.
