- An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 11:30 p.m. Friday and 1 p.m. Saturday along Lover’s Lane in Fox Township. Someone slashed three tires on a 45-year-old St. Marys woman’s vehicle and poured bleach into the gas tank and slashed one tire on a 40-year-old Kersey man’s truck. - An incident of DUI occurred at 3:27 a.m. Saturday on Shelvey Summit Road in Fox Township. A woman was pulled over by state police after committing several traffic violations; afterward, she was transported to the Elk Regional Health Center for blood tests. Her blood tests results indicated her blood-alcohol content was over the legal limit. Charges were filed in the district court.
- Three teens were passengers of a vehicle and found to be in possession and consuming alcoholic beverages at 5:10 a.m. Saturday in the state’s Game Commission parking lot on state Route 255 eastbound in Fox Township. They were arrested for the same through the district court.
- An incident of DUI/underage drinking occurred at 5:10 a.m. Saturday on SR 255 and Cherry Road in Fox Township. State police made contact with an 18-year-old St. Marys man and he was found inside a running vehicle. He was transported to the Elk Regional Health Center for blood tests, which determined his blood-alcohol content was over the legal limit. Charges were filed through the district court.
