Curwensville’s Evanko, Russell, Tibbens; Clearfield’s Stratton Named to D9sports. com Honor Roll for Week 2

SHIPPENVILLE – Clarion’s Cody Hearst is the RRR Roadhouse D9Sports.com District 9 Player of the Week for the second week of the 2012 season after leading Clarion to its first win at Karns City in 13 years Saturday night.

Hearst was a beast on all side of the football recording 13 tackles on defense, blocking two Karns City punts and catching three passes for 77 yards and two second-half touchdowns helping the Bobcats break open a two-point halftime lead and turn it into the three touchdown win.

Joining Hearst in being honored this week are 16 players plus one coach on the RRR Roadhouse D9Sports.com Honor Roll.
