Police Report: DuBois PSP

An incident of disorderly conduct occurred at 2:10 a.m. Sunday on Beech Street Extension in Winslow Township. A 21-year-old Reynoldsville man was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for traffic violations. He fled on foot but was located after a foot pursuit. He’s been charged with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and a vehicle code violation for an open container of alcohol through the district court.
