HYDE – The Central Penn League West Division make-up of Monday’s rain-out between the Clearfield and Altoona American Legion baseball teams was postponed again Tuesday because the Chiefs’ opponent did not have enough players available.
Manager Sid Lansberry said no new date has been set but did note Clearfield’s game at Hollidaysburg that was suspended after two innings on June 12 will be resumed June 27. The Chiefs were leading 6-1 when rain halted action.
Clearfield will take its 5-3 record to Philipsburg Thursday for a 6 p.m. start.
