CLEARFIELD – A mid-afternoon thunderstorm washed out the Clearfield American Legion Post 6 baseball team’s opener at DuBois Tuesday.
The Central Penn League West Division game will be rescheduled at a later date, according to Chiefs manager Sid Lansberry.
He noted that next week’s home game with Beech Creek has been moved from Tuesday to Monday at the Clearfield Area High School junior varsity field.
Next up for the Chiefs is a home game with Clarence Friday at 6 p.m.
