BELLEFONTE – Did investigators push some of Jerry Sandusky’s alleged victims into filing charges?
That is the latest issue being raised by defense attorney Joe Amendola.
He claims a former second mile participant who spent a lot of time with the former Penn State football coach was questioned repeatedly.
“I really haven’t discussed this with anyone publicly yet”, said Amendola. “In interviewing one of the young men by attorney general’s investigators concerning Jerry’s actions and interactions with him he told us he was interviewed 8 or 9 times.”
Amendola says that person denied being abused by Sandusky and did not file charges.
