- Police are investigating a hit-and-run that occurred yesterday at 9:20 a.m. on state Route 53 near the church in Morrisdale. A vehicle lost control and traveled into a yard, striking several mailboxes. The vehicle then fled the scene. Anyone with information is asked to called police and reference incident number C03-1085901.
- Cody Luzier of Brisbin was traveling east on Hannah Street at Good Street in Houtzdale Borough. A vehicle with an unknown driver was traveling north on Good Street and failed to stop, went through the intersection and struck Luzier’s vehicle. The vehicle, a burgundy SUV, then fled the scene. No injuries were reported.
