Police Report: Clearfield PSP

An incident of harassment occurred at 5 p.m. Tuesday along Chestnut Street in Curwensville Borough, Clearfield County. A 51-year-old Curwensville man picked up a 13-year-old juvenile female at her residence. He allegedly began to give her a hug and kiss her neck before kissing her on the lips. The incident was reported to police. Charges were filed through the district court for harassment.
