Police Report: Ridgway PSP

An incident of retail theft occurred at 8:26 a.m. Friday at the M.J. Minit Mart along Fairview Road in Fox Township, Elk County. A known male pumped $7.04 worth of gas and didn’t have enough money to pay for it. The suspect male made partial payment and then left the store. He returned to the store the following day and paid the balance owed, and the victim didn’t wish to seek prosecution.
