CURWENSVILLE — Curwensville dropped a 5-set match for the second time in a week when the visting Lady Dutch repeated the effort of the DuBois Lady Beavers in the Lady Tide’s previous match.
The scores were 25-18, 14-25, 16-25, 25-18, 15-12. The loss drops the Lady Tide below .500 at 5-6.
Despite the recent losing streak, five out of the last six games, head coach Sandy Bailor certainly hasn’t given up on her team, ” I have confidence in this team. We have played two hard 5-set matches in a couple of days and its been against two triple A Schools with quality programs. We just need to keep our heads up and get back on the winning track on Thursday against Brookville.”
