MARTINSBURG – The Clearfield volleyball team made the long trip to Matinsburg to face the Central Lady Dragons on Monday in Mountain League action.
Clearfield was swept 25-18, 25-14, 25-15 to drop to 0-2 on the young season.
Stats: Krystal Wriglesworth – five kills and one block. Amber Scott – five service points and two aces. Dakota Farmery – four kills and two blocks. Lucy Kovalick – five service points. Amber Claycomb – five service points and seven assists.
Clearfield will host Tyrone in their home opener on Tuesday. The match will begin a three game homestand for the Lady Bisons.
