- Police investigated a minor accident on Interstate 80 west bound, at mile marker 82, in Pine Creek Township. A vehicle being driven by a 61-year-old man from Knox was in the right hand lane when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by a 40-year-old woman from Corsica who was in the left hand lane.
- There were no injuries in a single vehicle accident on US Route 219 in Brady Township. A vehicle being driven by a 20 year old woman from Mahaffey was traveling South on US route 219 and lost control of her vehicle. The vehicle traveled off the roadway and rolled over onto its roof.
- Police investigated a single vehicle accident on state Route 255 in Huston Township when a vehicle driven by a 82-year-old man from Clarence struck a mail box on the side of the roadway. His vehicle, traveled through a yard and came to rest in a drainage ditch. He received minor injuries. Penfield Fire and ambulance was also dispatched to the accident.
- Police are investigating an assault that occured on Coal Hill Road, in the Village of Luthersburg, Brady Township. A four year old toddler was assault by a 25-year-old man from Luthersburg. Children and Youth Services are assisting in the investigation.
- Charges of criminal trespass have been filed against a 27-year-old man from Titusville when he went to a residence along Sr 28 in Warsaw Township, Jefferson County. The man was previously told not to enter onto the property of a 44-year-old man from Brockway. The Titusville man showed up on the property and refused to leave when requested.
