- Police responded to an incident of harassment at the Philipsburg-Osceola High School. A 17-year-old male reportedly bullied a 15-year-old male after the latter made a comment that was threatening in nature. The investigation is continuing.
- Police are investigating an incident of theft that occurred at the Windy Hill Village. An unknown person(s) reportedly removed $20 from a purse owned by a resident. The investigation is continuing.
- Police arrested Joey T. Graham, 28, of Philipsburg for driving under the influence and various summary traffic violations in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. Charges were filed through the district court.
- Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that occurred at the intersection of Front and Pine Street on Jan. 21 in Philipsburg. The report stated that a vehicle believed to be a large truck or tractor-trailer struck a stop sign at the intersection.
