- Police are investigating a burglary at a residence on Montmorenci Road in Ridgway Township, Elk County. The residence was reportedly entered through a door and a known sum of cash was removed.
- Police are investigating a burglary to a residence along Boot Jack Road in Ridgway Township, Elk County. The residence was reportedly entered through a basement door and approximately $1,500 in cash was removed.
- Police investigated a two-vehicle accident on state Route 255 in Fox Township, Elk County. A 42-year-old St. Marys woman was traveling north on SR 255 and failed to stop for a red light at the intersection from the Wal-Mart Parking lot. Her vehicle struck another that was operated by a 53-year-old Emporium woman. She received moderate injuries. She was transported to the Elk County Regional Health Center by Fox Township Emergency Medical Services. A passenger in the Emporium woman’s vehicle was not injured.
- Police investigated a single-vehicle accident on state Route 219 in Horton Township, Elk County. A 29-year-old Virginia woman was traveling north on SR 219 and lost control of her vehicle, traveled off the roadway and into a ditch. There were any injuries reported.
- Police investigated a single-vehicle accident on Gregg Hill Road in Millstone Township, Elk County. A 28-year-old man was traveling south on Gregg Hill Road and lost control of his vehicle on an icy hillside. His vehicle traveled off the roadway and struck a large boulder and came to rest nose first into a culvert. He was not injured.
