- Police responded to a single-vehicle accident on state Route 729 in Gulich Township, Clearfield County. The driver was reportedly traveling too fast for conditions and failed to negotiate a left hand turn in the roadway. The driver lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree. The operator will be cited for driving vehicle at safe speeds. Police were assisted by the Ramey Fire Department and Houtzdale Emergency Medical Services.
- Police responded to an incident of theft at a residence in Curwensville Borough. Unknown person(s) reportedly removed the victim’s black handbag, which contained a cell phone, cash and important documents. The investigation continues.
- Police reported an incident of access device fraud Wednesday in Bradford Township, Clearfield County. Someone reportedly made a fraudulent charge with a 35-year-old Woodland woman’s credit card. The reported fraudulent charge was in the amount of $125.
