Police Reports: Philipsburg PSP

–  Police investigated three accidents due to snowy road conditions Friday morning.

At 10:15 a.m., a 20-year-old Tyrone woman was traveling north on South Eagle Valley Road in Taylor Township. She lost control of her vehicle while negotiating a curve in the roadway.  She was not injured in the mishap.

At 10:25 a.m., a single-vehicle accident occurred on United States Route 322 near Sandy Ridge Trail, when the operator lost control of the vehicle and struck the guide rails.  No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.

At 11:00 a.m., a 26-year-old Bellefonte man lost control of his vehicle and struck a culvert and then the embankment, causing his vehicle to overturn onto its side while traveling north on South Eagle Valley Road in Union Township.  He was not injured in the accident.

–  On Thursday, police investigated a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 99 in Huston Township.  A 19-year-old Philipsburg woman was traveling south on I-99, when she lost control of her vehicle. As a result, her vehicle spun several times before striking the guide rails.  She was not injured in the accident.
