Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

Police reported an incident of underage drinking at approximately 2 a.m. Sunday at a Dale Road residence in Rush Township, Centre County. Troopers responded to an alleged loud party on Dale Road. At arrival, several minors were allegedly found in possession and consuming alcoholic beverages. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
