CURWENSVILLE – Because of an anticipated overflow crowd and only one ticket booth at Brockway’s Frank Varischetti Field, tickets for the Curwensville Golden Tide’s big game on the Rovers’ home turf-covered field are being sold in advance this week, athletic director Allen Leigey announced Monday morning.
He said the general admission tickets, $3 for adults and $2 for students, will be available in the high school athletic office between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. each day.
Golden Tide fans are reminded the kickoff for the showdown between two of the three 5-0 Allegheny Mountain League South Division teams will be at 7:30 p.m. at Frank Varischetti Field.
