Lenker Pleads Guilty to Harrasment

CLEARFIELD – A former minister who faced charges of indecent assault was sentenced on Tuesday.

Thomas Lenker pleaded guilty harassment and disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay fines and court costs and sentenced to two years of probation. He is to refrain from from the use of alcohol and controlled substances and to complete a Project Point of Light assessment. He is also to have no contact with the victim.

Lenker was charged after having innaprorpriate contact with one of his parishners in September 2009. A preliminary hearing was held in January 2010. To read the report from that preliminary hearing, click here.
