Figula Named New PennDOT D-2 Maintance Manager for Clearfield County

CLEARFIELD – Donna Figula has been named as PennDOT’s new Maintenance Manager for Clearfield County, according to PennDOT District 2 Executive Kevin Kline.

“Donna’s work ethic, personality and abilities make her an excellent match for this position. Her extensive knowledge and familiarity with county residents, roads and customer concerns will allow us to continue meeting the maintenance needs of the area at a high level”, Kline said.

In her new position, Figula will oversee the efforts of 127 employees in the county charged with the day-to-day highway maintenance activities of 855 miles of state-owned roadway and 403 bridges. Figula has been with PennDOT more than 25 years and served the last eight years as an assistant highway maintenance manager for Clearfield County.

Figula is a graduate of the Leadership Development Institute for Women in State Government and is a past winner of PennDOT’s “Star of Excellence” award. She resides in Glen Hope with her husband Allen and daughters Kayla and Alanna. Figula officially began her new duties on July 17.
