- Police responded to Lower Witmer Park for a suspicious person. They identified the men and found that one of them was wanted in Maryland. He was arraigned as a fugitive and placed in Clearfield County Jail awaiting extradition from Maryland.
- Police are requesting that pedestrians use the sidewalks at all times. Police respect those who walk and run to improve their health but it is a safety hazard to use the streets when sidewalks are available. Police have observed people walking on the streets which can cause a traffic hazard, forcing vehicles to enter into other lanes to avoid hitting the pedestrians.
