– Police reported found property at 9:42 a.m. Friday in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. Troopers said they found a notebook binder near the Cold Stream Dam pavilion along Half Moon Street. – Police reported an incident of disorderly conduct that occurred at an Ira Lane address at 11 p.m. Friday in Halfmoon Township, Centre County. A 40-year-old Port Matilda woman was reported to be playing loud music. At arrival, troopers indicated they also heard the same and discovered a radio in the woman’s yard. They indicated that no one was around the radio, which was pointed toward other local residences. They said the accused has been warned and cited for a similar incident in the past. A non-traffic citation for disorderly conduct has been filed.
