- Police are investigating a retail theft from Kwik Fill near Goldern Road. Police have a person of interest and the investigation continues.
- Police received a report of a fraud. Officers found out that the incident occurred in another jurisdiction and referred the call to the correct agency.
- Police received a complaint on an area man for failure to complete a home renovation job. The incident was determinded to be a civil complaint. Police referred the victim to the appropriate authorities.
- Police arrested an area woman for selling prescription medications to a confidnetial informant in the presence of an undercover officer. The woman is in the Cleafield County Jail in lieu of $10, 000 straight bail.
- Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident at the Woodland lilght. Police responded but found that there was no crash, only two people looking for Denny’s Beer Barrel Pub. Police provided the motorist with directions.
- Police received a complaint of a vehicle speeding up and down Wrigley Street.
- Police recieved a call from control regarding a “bus load of hippies” at the state Route 879 Sheetz. The group of individuals were inside asking for money and became upset when they were not given any. They were asked to leaved and proceeded on to Burger King and then to the Clearfiedl Mall. Two individuals were also told to stop asking for money at the Wal-Mart light as well.
- Police were called to a domestic dispute on 20th Street. The female was said to be having convulsions on the floor. Upon arrival the female was upset and then got some of her belongings and left with her other boyfriend. The male involved was told not to make contact with her and to have a third party exchange her belongings to avoid further problems.
- Police were asked to patrol and watch over Clearfield Area School Districts high school graduaion. No incidents occurred.
- Police recieved a call from control regarding three juveniles who were suspeced of throwing rocks at cars coming down the four lanes on US Route 322. The juvenilels were not located, however, there were some children at the skate park who were questioned that stated that they knew nothing about the incdident.
- Police were called to assist Clearfield Borough with an incident of simple assualt and criminal mischief.
- Police were called for a domestic disturbance on Good Street. They were assisted by Clearfield Borough.
- Police had a suspicious vehicle at the Rec. park on Fire Tower Road.
- Police assisted Clearfield Borough Police Department with an assault that occurred on South Fifth Street.
- Police apprehended three men from New Jersey. The men had stolen an U-Haul and were in the process of stealing wheels and tires from Kenworth Trucks at Hubler Bros. located on the Clearfield-Curwensville Highway. The men were arraigned in from of District Justice Hawkens and are incarserated in the Clearfield County Jail in leiu of bail.
- Police responded to a burglary complaint on Little Clearfiled Creek. Someone entered a storage shed but did not remove any items. Officers tracked them to a four wheeler path and found the tracks of the machine that they left on. Officers will be increasing patrols in the area.
- Police responded ot a road rage incident on Park Avenue. Officers addressed the driver on scene.
- Police answered several questions regarding Megans’s Law form a Township resident.
- Police received a call of an unathourized use of a motor vehicle. An officer called the complainant back and the incident was unfounded.
- Police assisted Cleafield Emergency Medical Services in the Goden Rod area.
- Police received a parking complaint on private property in the Glen Richey area.
- Police received a report of ccriminal mischief at the Lwarence Township Recreation Park.
- Police served a warrant on a local female. The female paid the fine and was released.
- Police were called to check the welfare of a local residnece on Fire Tower Road.
- Police received a second call to check the welfare of another resident on Bownam’s Hill road.
- Police received a complaint of harassment and threats.
- Police were called to Lawrence Park Village for a child custody and domestic issues.
- Police responded to a local business for an alarm. The building was found to be secure.
- Police responded to the Days Inn for a disturbance. They were able to get the group to leave witout any problem.
- Police were dispatched to an incident on Good Street. The caller had a man stop and ask for the police. Police arrived and met with a Pittsburgh man who was hearing impaired. The man had questions regarding the ownership of property. Police provided the gentleman with contact information for the appropriate civil authorities.
- Police wer c alled to Turnpike Avenue for an animal call.
- Police responded ot Reighard Street for an incident of criminal mischief where unknown individual(s) kicked in a door to a trailer and gained entry. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
- Police were called to serve a no trespassing order at Lawrence Park Village.
- Police were called to Burger King for a girl who was refusing to get on a van that was to transport her to a residntial facility. Police responded and made arrangements for her to return to the residnetial facility.
- Police were called to Mount Joy Road for a noise complaint.
- Police received a report of harrassment onValley View Drive. Police spoke with those involved and handled the situation wiithout arrest.
