Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

Police reported an incident of harassment at 11:36 p.m. Monday in Rush Township Centre County. Troopers are investigating a domestic dispute between a 29-year-old Philipsburg woman and two other Philipsburg adults. No charges will be filed in this case.
