Philip Hill, an Electronics Technology student at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center, is shown receiving a technician tool set from Klein Tools for being the Outstanding Electronics Technology Student for 2010. Phil has been accepted to Penn College of Technology in the Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology program and is planning to attend in the fall.
