Thomas D. Speed faces charges of: delivery of crack-cocaine, possession with intent to deliver crack-cocaine, criminal conspiracy to deliver crack-cocaine and possession of crack-cocaine.
The charges were filed against Speed by members of the Troop G Vice and Narcotic Unit. Troopers arranged a controlled purchase of crack-cocaine from Speed.
Police said that Speed’s whereabouts are unknown and that there is a warrant for his arrest. Anyone with information on his location is asked to contact the Philipsburg State Police at 814-342-3370.
