CURWENSVILLE – The Curwensville Area High School baseball team’s non-league game against West Branch at Allport scheduled for Monday afternoon was postponed because of overnight rains, athletic director Allen Leigey announced.
No makeup date has been set.
Coach Denny Johns’ Golden Tide (7-3) will travel to Ridgway for an important District 9 Northern Allegany League Small School Division Southern Tier showdown Tuesday.
DuBois Central Catholic (5-1), Ridgway (4-1) and Curwensville (4-2) are the contenders at the midway point of the season.
