Office Volunteers Needed:

The DuBois Chapter needs volunteers to assist in the office on a regular basis.  If you are interested in spending as little as 4 hours a week in an office atmosphere, enjoy answering the phone, taking messages, making phone calls, filing, and other office work and would like to become a Red Cross volunteer, please call the office at 371-2750 or email us at duboisarc@verizon.net.

Volunteering: We are always looking for people who are interested in using their special gifts and talents to support the Red Cross Mission.  You can choose how much or how little you can get involved.  Maybe you could help out with a Red Cross event once a year, or would like to be on a committee that meets every other month.  Perhaps you are interested in teaching and have three hours every couple of months to volunteer teach a community health and safety class.  Maybe you like working with people and could spend a couple of hours a month helping with a blood drive or manning a booth at a Red Cross Event.  If you are looking for a leadership role, consider chairing a committee or submit your name for consideration for a seat on the Chapter Board of Directors.   Our Disaster Action team is always looking for individuals willing to get help during a disaster.  Training is required for Disaster response so please contact us for more information if this interests you.

Contact the chapter office for more information on how you can become a Red Cross volunteer.  We look forward to hearing from you.

Sheetz Coupons: We have Sheetz coupon books good for a MTO item and any size fountain drink or self serve coffee available in the chapter office.  These coupons come in books of 1o and sell for $4.00 each.  Pick up a couple of books to sell to your neighbors, co-workers, family, and friends.  Proceeds go to the DuBois chapter.

We also invite you to visit our Web site.  If you have any ideas that will make the website more useful, interesting, and welcoming, please let us know.
