Borough voters and taxpayers:
Although I’m disappointed that the election did not turn out in my favor, I want to take this opportunity to convey my sincere and heartfelt ‘thank you’ to all who valued my efforts on their behalf over the past four years and voted for more new ‘successes for Clearfield’.
I’m proud of the contributions I’ve made to the borough’s financial picture during this time, and I’m also thankful for the opportunity to build quality relationships with Harrisburg leaders that opened the door to present and future funding opportunities. All were done for the betterment of Clearfield Borough, and for you, the taxpayer.
I also extend congratulations to Mayor-elect Schell as he begins to demonstrate his vision for Clearfield. With our borough continuing to face challenging economic times, I hope your plan for bettering our community will be communicated to every taxpayer, and will be one that makes Clearfield safer, more vibrant economically, and a more desirable place in which to live and work.
The successes that I’ve been a part of were not done alone, and I take this opportunity to extend a sincere thank you to all who worked with me to make these goals a reality.
